Custom

For
builders, the fee based on square footage of project will
include fireplace design, tile design, lighting and plumbing
suggestions, slab selection hardscape and landscape suggestions,
paint color and site visitations. Most of the work is carried
out online with sketches and links to products.

Ty Goldwater has recreated our home off and on since 2002.
We first began with a transformation of a guest room. It
involved a complete bathroom remodel and a redesign of the
bedroom. Since then he has designed and supervised a kitchen
, another guest bathroom, family room, dining room, and
pool patio area remodels. In addition he has helped with
paint colors and furniture selections throughout the rest
of our home.

design services provided by Ty Goldwater have been invaluable
in the construction of my personal home, as well as two
spec homes.
Ty
was able to redesign certain elements while still in planning
stages that resulted in a better looking finished product.
The fireplaces, bathroom tile , floor tile and color palette
blend seamlessly with the architecture. The re-upholstery
of our existing furniture, as well as selection of several
new pieces make the home warm and inviting to guests as
well as prospective buyers.

I have also relied on Thayer

contemporary and mid-century looks. For high end, one of a
kind items, I turn to showrooms like John
Brooks
Inc and Dean
Warren.
